Bryon develops and teaches classes and workshops, and regularly leads group photography get-togethers.
An award-winning professional photographer with a passion for creative photography, Bryon developed an eye for powerful images during his career as a graphic designer. He graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Ohio University (Athens, Ohio) and moved to Chicago to pursue a career in graphic design, working in multimedia, brand and web design, and corporate communications. He moved to Switzerland in 2000 and, following his passion to make photography his profession, he set up his own photo studio in 2003.
Bryon’s fine art photography has won numerous awards including the First Place International Photography Award for a series of fine art dance nudes. His work has been shown in galleries in the USA and Switzerland as well as numerous expos. His work is frequently published in photography magazines and online features. Bryon is currently producing his first book of fine art nude photography and you can view more of his personal work at www.bryonpaulmccartney.com.
He is the co-founder and managing director of PhotoWorks 312 GmbH and is chief photographer for the company’s visual media service: Image Engineers, specializing in industrial and corporate photography.
