Great portraits are often made with great lighting, but your do not need to buy costly studio lights to get great lighting. This class will show you how to create creative portraits using simple, inexpensive household lighting (that’s right - the lights we use in this class can be bought at your local DIY shop, Ikea, etc.) - no need for expensive pro lighting equipment. The class will begin with a brief introduction, followed by demonstrations from the instructor and hands-on exercises to help you create interesting portraits that won’t cost a fortune. This class is fun and interactive, with plenty of time to learn and practice simple techniques that give great results.

Class Format: Hands-on, interactive learning, taught by a working professional photographer.
Class Time: 19:00 - 21:30
Experience Level: Beginner
Cost: CHF 175 per person
Location: ViewFinder Center, Zurich, Switzerland  (map)
Class size: Minimum of 6 students, maximum of 10.
Requirements: A digital SLR camera.
