Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Payment. Payment in full is required to confirm and hold your space in any course. As soon as we receive your registration payment you will be notified by email with a confirmation of payment and further event details.
Cancellation. If you are unable to attend please contact us by email or telephone as soon as possible. Refunds are based on the date we receive your cancellation notice:
- More than 15 days before course: Full refund or you can apply payment toward the fees for another course.
- 7 - 15 days before the course: Credit towards the next scheduled course offering.
- Less than 7 days prior to the course and no-shows: No refund, no credit. The ViewFinder Center is not responsible for giving refunds due to illness, emergencies, or events beyond our control.
Refunds. In the unusual event that ViewFinder Center cancels a course date, your registration fees will be refunded in full.
