PAYMENT, CANCELLATION and REFUNDS POLICY
Please note, payment in full is required to confirm and hold your space in the course. As soon as we receive your registration payment you will be notified with a confirmation of payment and further event details by email.
Cancellation: If you are unable to attend please contact us by email or telephone as soon as possible. Refunds are based on the date we receive your cancellation notice:
- More than 15 days before course: Full refund or you can apply payment toward the fees for another course.
- 7 - 15 days before the course: Credit towards a future course registration. Must be used within 6 months.
- Less than 7 days prior to the course and no-shows: No refund, no credit.
In the unusual event that ViewFinder Center cancels a course date, your registration fees will be refunded in full, or (if you choose) you may apply the payment toward the fees for a future course.
