Editing, Organizing and Using Your Digital Photos
Evening Class/
Intermediate Class Course Overview
This three-part evening class covers the basics of getting your digital photos organized, step-by-step, and gives you helpful tips for selecting your best and sharing them with others. The course meets for three hours on the second, third and fourth Thursday of each month.
It doesn’t have to be a time-consuming challenge to find exactly the right photo in your growing digital collection. The key is in having your own systematic approach to storing, researching and accessing your images. Imagine how much more you can do with your photos when you can easily find the ones you’re looking for!
Because some of the programs available for organizing photos also allow you to edit or enhance your photos (for example: remove red-eye, crop, special effects), we’ll discuss version control and keeping track of changes. You’ll learn the best ways to use typical search features to quickly find your digital pictures and share them with others. We’ll also take time to look at options for creating photo books, websites, postcards, prints and more.
